Heytex Group and to sharing our experience and the know-how we have gained with Heytex.
This will markedly increase the worldwide presence of the new group in the field of functionalised technical textiles”.

Heytex at Fespa Munich

Pathbreaking textiles for high-tech print processes.

Whether on textiles or banners, as backlit, frontlit, mesh or blockout: materials of the HEYtex® brand are a guarantee for impressive results. At FESPA 2014 Heytex presents amongst others three new decoflex fabrics of the textile digitex® product range.

digitex® decoflex opaque – The new textile blockout for direct sublimation, UV and latex printing

The new premium material impresses by optimum flatness. decoflex opaque is very versatile: Whether as wall hanging, mounting, wall covering, advertising medium in display systems, at trade fairs or as wallpaper: decoflex opaque leaves an excellent impression everywhere. In addition, time-consuming preparation of rough backgrounds is no longer required when decoflex opaque is used. No matter what is to disappear behind a banner, decoflex opaque hides it reliably and the advertising message will not be affected. A must for the professional design of elegant interiors, exhibition stands and other applications. The make of the soft flowing deco material is also convincing.

The material is nearly resistant to causing bends and can be processed well with silicon welt. The slight elasticity in length and width also provides simple pre-stressing. decoflex opaquewas developed for single-sided print for sublimation direct print. But it can also be printed with UV or latex inks. As the first medium of its class decoflex opaque is available up to 5 meters wide – the new first choice for seamless, large-format premium applications at trade fairs and events, as well as for interior design where maximum brilliance and detail even under strong light (such as flashlights or TV-camera light) is required.

digitex® decoflex delight – The new textile backlit for sublimation printing.
Also in the field of backlighting, a new premium material has been developed specially for sublimation print. The soft, flowing material is available in a width of 320 cm, is highly translucent and flexibly foldable. With 255 g/sqm, the new substance is soft to the touch and the surface shimmers velvety. Incomparable brilliance is created by the sublimation process of the ink and leaves a lasting and unique impression in backlit boxes.

digitex® decoflex premium – The new textile blockout for sublimation, UV and latex printing.
The new premium deco material decoflex premium is also flexibly foldable. The soft, flowing material with cloth character can be used as a frontlit for diverse applications indoors and is the portfolio supplement to the already existing digitex® decoflex. However, the premium variant is a bit heavier with 250 g/sqm, but has a firmer grip. For a start, decoflex premium is only available in a width of 310 cm.
All three products are part of the successful decoflex HEYblue® digitex® range and of course they are PVC-free, 100% recyclable and flame retardant in accordance with the B1 standard.HEYblue® = 0 % PVC, 100 % textile, 100% recyclable.
