Insofar that personal data is requested to be provided in connection with these internet-websites, this information shall be provided on a voluntary basis.
Your personal data is only used for the purpose you have provided it to us and for the usage and transfer you have given your content to. Statistical Information, which can in no way be related to your person whether direct nor indirect – such as the popularity of a website of our offer or the number of users of a website- are not considered to be personal data.
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and comply with the respective data protection law. The following explanation provides you with an overview of what kind of data will be collected for which purpose und you will also be informed about the scope your data will be made accessible to third parties.

In unavoidable server statistics such data is saved, which will be transmitted to us by your browser. These comprise the following:
• Type/ Version of Browser
• Operating System used
• Referred URL (website visited before)
• Hostname of accessing Computer (IP- Address)
• Time of Server Request

In general this data cannot be traced back to individual persons. In case you should send us data in connection with entered agreements this data will be collected and saved accordingly.

Right to Information
You can request information about the data saved about your person in written form, by telephone, facsimile or electronic Mail.  You will then be informed accordingly, which personal data of what origin is saved for which purpose as well as the recipients and the categories of your data.

Entitlements regarding correction, deletion and blocking
You are entitled to request a correction, in case the personal data saved turns out to be false or incomplete. You are furthermore allowed to ask for a deletion of your saved personal data, in case   the collection and processing was unauthorized from the beginning, the processing and usage turns out to be unauthorized due to circumstances that have subsequently occurred or in case we do not need your data for processing and usage anymore. A deletion will be replaced by a blockage in case a deletion conflicts with legal, statutory or contractual date retention periods.

Google Analytics
We are using Google Analytics, a Web-Analysis Provider of Google Inc. (“Google“). Google uses Cookies. The information generated by the Cookie regarding the usage of the online offer by the user is generally transmitted to a server of Google which is located in the USA and is saved there. Google will use this information on our request in order to evaluate the use of our online offer by our users, in order to make reports on the activities within our online offer and for rendering services to us in connection with the usage of online offers and the internet. As part of this procedure user profiles with pseudonyms may be created.
We only make use of Google Analytics with activated IP-Anonymization. This means, that the IP-Address of the user will be abbreviated within the EU-Member States or in other member states of the convention throughout the EEA (European Economic Area). Only in exceptional cases the complete IP – Address will be transmitted to the Google Server in the USA and abbreviated there. The IP-Address of the user which is transmitted by the Browser will not be combined with any other data of Google.
The user can avoid the saving of Cookies by using a respective setting of the browser Software. In addition to that the user can prohibit the collection and processing of data which is generated by the Cookie und related to your usage of online offers to Google. Our Company uses technical and organizational security measures in order to protect your data which is used by us against random or deliberate manipulation, loss, deletion or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures e.g. data encryption are continuously improved thanks to ongoing technological development.
Please note that our data protection notices are not valid for third party websites, which you might come across when checking our internet offer.

We maintain publicly accessible profiles in social networks (presences on third-party platforms / social media platforms) whose operators process and store data of their users. Heytex has no influence on their data protection regulations and settings.

It is expressly pointed out that the third party platforms (social media presences) also set cookies with which they can track usage behaviour on other websites and apps, as well as on certain websites and apps that integrate technologies of this third party platform.

If you are logged in to your social media account and visit our social media presences, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. In this case, this data is collected, for example, via cookies that are stored on your end device or by recording your IP address.
