We see welding by means of hot air. Our mare products from the HEYboat range include various products for the production of high-quality inflatable boats that can be processed in all common welding methods.
The formula of our mare products makes welding very easy. As befits a textile used in the manufacture of inflatable boats, our melt roll calendering technology naturally ensures that the products are airtight compared to other coating processes. By using a “shot distortion measuring device”, the shot distortion can be reduced to a minimum directly at the coating machine and excellent adhesion values of substrate and coating are ensured
