Heytex sets standards with more sustainable coated technical textiles within the truck tarp market since first introducing their truck tarps with recycled base fabrics in early 2022, which made us first in the market.

• already 2 products available, vivatex® vectaplan panama (H7751 – 900g) and vivatex® vectaplan 8/8 (H7718 – 650g)
• 100% base fabrics from recycled yarns acc to GRS 4.0, which minimizes CO2 emissions compared to the standard product by 37%
• 1 m² of our vivatex® vectaplan 8/8 material in 250 cm width contains base fabric made from 16 recycled post-consumer PET bottles, which equals approximately 2600 PET bottles for a roll of material that doesn’t end up in the landfill
• remaining emissions are compensated financially as Climate Partner certified product and support selected climate protection projects globally and regionally (climate-id.com/E6CMHZ)
• produced with 100% green energy, made in Germany
