With a lightweight quality of just 950 g/m² and, in future, a stronger version with 1300 g/m², we offer you versatile solutions for the boating sector. Thanks to the production width of up to 205 cm, our mare 900 TPU has been specially developed for demanding water adventures.

- Weldability & durability at the highest level: Thanks to our special TPU formulation, our materials are easy and efficient to weld. They offer maximum process reliability during processing without compromising on tightness or durability. They are designed for difficult terrain and are therefore ideal for boats that come into contact with various surfaces such as ice, snow or driftwood.
- Maximum abrasion resistance for a longer service life: A decisive advantage of our TPU materials over conventional PVC materials is their significantly better abrasion resistance. While PVC loses material more quickly under intensive stress, TPU is characterized by a significantly lower weight loss in the event of abrasion. This means that our TPU coating remains more stable and durable even with continuous friction and contact with rough surfaces. This is particularly important for boats that are constantly exposed to extreme conditions – be it sand, gravel or regular contact with pontoons and other hard surfaces. TPU significantly reduces wear and tear, extending the life of your equipment.
- Why is this important? Less weight loss through abrasion means that the material retains its original properties – such as protection, strength and impermeability – over a much longer period of time. For boating applications where durability and longevity are critical, TPU is the superior choice.
